No guests after 12:00 p.m. If you wish to have overnight stayed guest, you must pay an additional fee of USD15 and leave gues’s ID at the reception..
We serve breakfast in the backyard from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The BAR for appetizers and the Dinner opens from 6:00 p.m. at 10:00 p.m. Please, check the MENU. We are a Small Family Company and we are NOT an all inclusive hotel.
Please, for greater peace of mind, keep the door of your room closed.
The Company or the Business, is NOT responsible for Personal or Value Objects. (Money, Garments, Cell phones, Computers, Etc …)
Please, do not throw the toilet paper and other objects inside the toilet. Please DO NOT DRINK water from the sink or shower, WE are NOT responsible for Stomach or Health Problems that you may incur during your stay in the Dominican Republic.
If you want to change the towels, leave them on the floor. Light cleaning is every day, deep cleaning every three days, If you DO NOT WANT TO Cleaning in your room please let us know early.
Turn OFF the Air Conditioning, lights and television when you leave.
NO loud Music or Sound after 10:30 p.m.
All our furniture is recycled, we are not responsible for damages and other inconveniences that it may couse. Our path in the garden, tables, chairs and other objects are recycled, we are NOT responsible for any problem or inconvenience that may cause.
All Children in the Playground and / or Jacuzzi must be supervised by Adults. Playground is built from the recycling of products and wood; We are NOT responsible for any inconvenience.
Our Property is Supervised by security cameras 24 hours a day. We are not responsible for the lost object.
PROHIBITED to enter the Property with Firearms or White Weapon
We Are Ecofriendly; Our Water is Warmed by PANEL SOLAR. Keep in mind that when it is cloudy or rainy there is NO hot water.
We are NOT responsible for noise and discomfort from the Outside.
NO SMOKING inside the Rooms and the Building, There is a PENALTY fee of 200 USD for people who smoke inside the building or rooms.
